Usually this is my go-to place for RIFs and accessories however yesterday's visit for the first time was poor. I called on the phone last week to ask if I could drop by to get my RIF looked at as something was wrong with the hop and the guy on the phone said it could be looked at on the same day. Just before leaving yesterday I called up again just to make sure that they were free and could have my RIF looked at they once again said yes and that it would be same day, only to have driven 2 hours (each way) to be told that it has to be booked in. I ended up buying a few bits in the shop and the guy who served me was an absolute legend, brilliant customer service for him. Just total shame about the tech service. Took my business elsewhere for my RIF today, and another tech fixed the issue within an hour.

Absolutely shocking, I originally bought a diamond back dmr for 600 after this came scratched and broken I spoke to the owner and he sold me a rapax xxi mk2 at an extra 100 (700 all in), they locked it off to semi for me, at my first game I found that the gun under preformed it shot at 250 fps, after calling the shop they told me I could not be seen until 4 months time, I left it until recent, today I called them and explained all of this, I was told if I came in that day they would fix the gun, after a 2 hour drive I got there, the staff tested the gun and found it was shooting at 250 no where next to the 420 I should of been, the staff was very rude and sarcastic and told me they would not do anything today and told me that 280 fps was good for that gun, my 7 month old son could tell you that's rubbish, I explained that the gun had a quick change spring, the worker said that they knew nothing about the system so I asked to see the engineer at first he was on lunch when I explained I was happy to wait all of a sudden he had now gone home instead.

Massive thank you to Parker for being an absolute legend today and yesterday for helping me with my pistol choice and getting the holster sorted for me. Sorry for being a pain and undecided for 2 days and being so patient with me. We got there in the end! Thank you to Phil the tech for sorting out my other pistol and getting that ready for me for my game day tomorrow.
