Beyond helpful service both on online chat & over the phone - they provided technical advice on the radiator that could work for the small space I had, reserved items for me while I was deciding & resolved an issue with delivery (PayPal requiring the billing & delivery address to be the same) quickly & efficiently. Disappointed to be sold a radiator online that wasn't in stock. I am midway through rennovations so I needed the radiator fairly quickly, therefore, waiting a month until it came back in stock was not an option. I recieved a refund for the radiator through the chat service and it was quick and easy. Although I now have to also pay to return the valves. If the radiator had been in stock and it all arrived as expected like the valves did then I'm sure I would be happy as the Butler & Rose radiators appear to be good value.
