Absolutely 5 star for this practice and staff, no hesitation to recommend, you are in very safe knowledgeable hands. My twins have finished their treatment now and have the perfect smile. From the time they started their treatment to the very end it has been seamless and the staff have been nothing but supportive. My son lost his appliance within the first couple of months and when I had to make that call for a replacement they were understanding! The twins then went onto have a fixed appliance for a couple of years and were totally supported throughout the process.

Excellent practice . The staff are very caring and friendly. My orthodontist was very gentle and always explained what was happening during my appointments. I initially wrote a review that I have since deleted due to receiving a refund for a treatment that did not go as expected therefore it felt right to remove it. But I can't get rid of the nagging feeling that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. I won't go into full details but I will say this: The results of the braces I had have significantly altered my quality of life. I had treatment I didn't need, and braces that totally and completely ruined the way my teeth close, bite, and chew. I have constant headaches, migraines, and jaw clicking and clenching. My teeth used to be fine. I only needed one tooth fixing and was what I intiially went for. I was sold the full works. The ortho in question blamed my teeth rather than the treatment, or the planning, and didn't understand why things had gone as bad as they had. In the space of a year, I've gone from someone who regularly swims, meets friends, goes for coffee, to the library, to amateur dramatics - to someone who lies in a bed and watches TV, I hate eating, can't comfortably close my mouth, and am going on anti-depressants soon. This ruined my life. Edit: Zoe, I've said everything I wish to say already. There's nothing more to add, but if you have a time machine that will reverse what's happened to me, let me know and I'll be on the first train.

My daughter has had poor treatment with practice and we finally decided to move. The dentist was passive aggressive/bully, unhelpful sharing details of the treatment plan and despite complaining nothing changed. They wouldn't change dentists and so we were left with the only option of moving mid-treatment. Her treatment time will now be 3 years instead of the predicted 1.5 years. If I could give it minus stars, I would. Stay away.

5 stars from me. I recently had a fixed brace fitted and as an older adult I was really nervous about the whole process. They really reassured me during the consultation and two years later I have the most amazing teeth and am very happy to smile in photos now. My two teenage daughters also had fixed braces fitted by them. The staff were super friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Westbourne Orthodontist to everyone
