Had a fantastic experience of buying turf from Online Turf. Was very easy to place the order for the Rye Gold Turf - it was delivered on Saturday and the gardener laid it on Sunday morning, we bought 52 sq metres. It was in good condition and delivery arrived within the scheduled slot. Really looking forward to see the grass grow and thrive in the coming days and weeks. Had a couple of questions and rang through and they were courteous and very friendly to talk with and answered everything for me. Will definitely buy again in future for sure from Online Turf.

We ordered 266m2 and 63 rolls had large patches of the grass blackened dead/dying and had a strong smell of what seemed like a burnt chemical. We laid it and realised it was dead and replaced it with non-blackened turf, all done within 24 hours of delivery as recommended. The turf was delivered Saturday and I contacted them on the Tuesday after the bank holiday weekend and received a very poor response from Chrissie Handley in customer services, questioning the "alleged "burnt chemical" smell," [direct quote from Chrissie] and telling me no refund would be given. We were only asking for a partial refund on the unusable turf. We are now stuck with 63 rolls of dead and blackened turf we cannot use and will be an additional cost to remove from our driveway. Order from them at your own risk because if something goes wrong, they won't care or lift a finger to help.

Diabolical turf and service! Use Harrowden turf instead !! Turf failed to arrive on time so I had to wait another week for a Saturday delivery. Their premium turf is mediocre and every roll was cut different ! The varying depths and widths of each roll renders them useless !! Please see attached photos. Stay clear of this company !
