just received my parcel im very dissapointed to find an item worth £15 missing . Theresno contact number to ring them..ive emailed them. didnt receive any thing in my parcel with any information for returns or missing goods. if i dont get a responce in 3 days im.taking it further . Order placed on 1/10 and I received the confirmation straight away but I've not received any of the goods. Emails aren't being responded to either and there is no contact number to ring. I've ordered from here before and had no problems, the customer service once they have your money is nonexistent now. I'm not impressed and won't place further orders
