AVOID. Almost certainly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They send damaged goods and then refuse to help, exchange or refund the order. Customer service is non-existent, take days to reply, when you call their number your stuck with someone who can’t fully comprehend the English language and their manager is always unavailable. Having tried for days to get a resolution, I have been forced to give up. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

We bought an Elizabethan external door and some walnut interior doors.We paid for the express delivery which cost a bit more but was excellent and the doors arrived today The day after our order was placed. All of the doors are excellent quality and look absolutely beautiful. A really helpful and nice company to deal with

In my 15 years as a quantity surveyor, never come across this type of behaviour. In the industry we call suppliers like this ‘chancers’. Ordered 2 doors and door handles for my own home. Paid online, only to find an email this afternoon asking for an additional £40 because the order placed on Online Door Store is sourced from two separate suppliers so I need to pay delivery twice. Judging by the reviews this crowd won’t honour my order and will only try to save face with a pointless apology. For the DIY man out there, do NOT engage with this business
