  The process with Online Bedrooms was excellent from start to finish. The design and ordering process was quick and painless, with no hard sell (which was a feature with several competitors...). We took advantage of the 12 months interest free credit, which again was quick and easy. I was a little worried about the process of building the wardrobes, but a lot of thought and effort has clearly gone into their design to make the installation as simple as possible. It took 2 of us a day to make the 4metres/8 wardrobes we'd ordered. The quality of the wardrobes, hinges, drawers and runners etc have been good, better than I had expected, as the price was significantly lower than the other quotes we'd recieved. We were missing part of 2 hinges from our order, but recieved replacements the next day, which was a great bit of customer service. All in all I'd not hesitate to recommend Online Bedrooms. I'll definitely be going back if I need them for another room.

  Definitely recommend buying wardrobes from Online Bedrooms. Jamie was very helpful in designing the wardrobes for me and the process was extremely simple. I went for Matt handleless doors and was so happy with how they turned out that I bought more for another bedroom. The construction is very solid, and premium parts are used such as Hettich hinges and Hafale drawer runners. The Dust Grey and Forest Green are really nice colours, and the fact that the interior is also coloured makes the wardrobes look very professional. It helps if you’re handy with a jigsaw, and able to do basic DIY but overall it’s pretty straightforward to assemble them. Oh, and the price was around half of what I was expecting to pay from a big name company.

  Big thank you to Kayleigh and Robin, they were super helpful and kept me check in from time to time on the progress. Due to the chaotic nature of logistic and warehouse, there were few things missing from the first delivery, but communication and follow-up were quick. The product was robust and you know it's going to last for a long time. The only downside I will say is you do need some or basic DIY experience to put everything together in the right order as the instruction is not perfect. I've retro-fitted IKEA's LED sensor wardrobe light inside too.

  I did read a few reviews before we ordered but it was still a bit worrying ordering online but we are so glad we did. Firstly I would like to thank all involved with my order from the designer down to the delivery man, it all went so smoothly and professionally its the reason I'm leaving a review as I normally don't. Now for the actual product, the quality is as such you would probably expect to pay double to what we did, from the door hinges, drawer runners and the units itself you can see that they are made to last. As being a qualified carpenter and joiner I would say they are very easy to build as long as you follow the instructions for the first unit you build and then its so quick and easy. I've been so impressed with the whole package I've already passed their contact details to a couple of my colleagues. So thank you for the whole experience Mark
