Really happy with this service. I had to travel to Mexico at very short notice and if I had waited until I returned to London to start my planning application, it would have been delayed by 3 months. Online Architectural Services were able to send someone round to my place with short notice to take exact measurements of my property just before I flew out (I contacted them on Christmas Eve and by Sunday 27th December there was someone at my property taking measurements!!). After that, the whole process was carried out by email/online whilst I was away. Communication was great, and the process ran smoothly. By the time I returned, the planning permission had been granted. And to top it all off, their price point came in at great value. Very happy customer and I would use them again in the future, whether I am away or not.
