Amazing experience at Onkar Eye Center today. I was extremely hesitant with the use of contact lenses and the lack of knowledge behind them however the staff made everything smooth sailing. The optometrist Kajal was extremely informative about the contact lenses as well taking into consideration my comfortability with them. At reception Usha made the environment extremely vibrant and friendly with her warm personality. This is definitely going to be my eye center going forward from now on!

Overpriced, unprofessional, and apparently u need a new pair of glasses everytime u visit! Had a problem with contact lenses, went over 10 times, with many promises of being able to return them if they didnt work out, then wanted the free trial back even after not receiving the full payment , along with terrible, arrogant behaviour when I wanted a refund ! Better off at specsavers !

Worst service I have ever had when trying to return contact lenses. Very rude and way to over priced. Would avoid at all cost. Cheaper to go to specsavers as its 2 for 1 on a pair compared to £189 at this corner shop for 1 pair.
