If you need to call them for repairs you are forever left on hold, and then when you do eventually get through~ spoken to by mostly rude dismissive staff who always book your appointments for several weeks away instead of when you need them. Needs major improvement!

I wrote to ongo, and also called. Despite a major breakdown, the wait time for repair was over a month. after writing a comment on their website, a member of ongo staff contacted me and offered an emergency repair. Despite the repair, I still have the same problem with leaking pipes in the bathroom hand basin, and the tap that was leaking has not been replaced at all. I still have to put a bowl in place to stop the downstairs ceiling below the bathroom leaking. And I feel unsafe Despite an illness in which stress makes everything worse

Staff are always so nice when we ring and are always there to help. Had our first two repairs done today. Both workers were really friendly and got the jobs done quickly with no fuss. They both turned up spot on time and did a really good job. So far we've never had a problem with Ongo and are enjoying our experience with them.

I have a psychotic neighbour and ongo wont do anything about it because i have no evidence and they cant prove who it was, but i cant get evidence because im not allowed a door camera because it will record a different neighbours place as our doors face eachother.I am terrified everytime i have to leave or come back to my flat. It would literally take one email to all the tenants reminding them of their tenancy contract and the part where it says to not harrass your neighbours but no, they had us log the incidents with the police so that we could give them(ongo) a police log number and then they got back to us almost 2 months later saying that they cant do anything coz we dont have evidence, if they wasnt going to do anything why send us to the police ??

Absolute joke ! Appointments deleted off the system, at least 30min to get through to them on the phone to eventually speak to someone who couldn’t care less. Experts at passing the buck! Ignored my compensation form (for 3 weeks of no heating or hot water in March) for over a year, then said it was outdated. All they do is increase rent. Money taken, services not provided. Disgraceful!
