If they are serious perhaps they could explain why almost every single review are completely 1 star POOR with aN overall rating 1.6 POOR.

    Avoid at all costs!! I was mis-sold a mobile plan that they will not let me out of. All the quick talk on the phone was entirely misleading, whilst signing up to a contract with them. They said they could beat my current monthly cost of £16 per month and im bow paying almost £100 per minth fir a SIM only deal!!! I tried complaining to Vodafone as that's my network whilst with Onecom, but they take no responsibility saying they are a separate entity and that they are apparently inindated with similiar complaints. There was a problem between my bank and Onecom where my direct debit could not be taken and rather than contacting me giving me the opportunity to fix the problem, they shut off all my phone services including outbound calling and the Internet!! I am extremely angry with Onecom and will do my best to spread my poor experience. Craig

    If I could give 0 stars I would this company is a joke and avoid at all cost you will not get a bargain with them. They rip you off my contract has gone up another £40 and can apparently keep increasing. Will be taking this further

    This company has missold me a second vox licence. digital lines. forcing me to pay for two of the same product which one of their team told me i needed.... since being unhappy with their service i have tried to get cancelation fees to which i have been told i did not need two vox lines??? the story has now changed telling me i agreed to it in the contracts so therefore i have to pay for them both. disgusting con artists they dazzle you with amazing prices at first.... then when u question additonal costs that u didnt know u could've opted out of they tell u to refer back to the contract u signed. absolutely disgusting... i will be taking this to the onboardmen as these crooks will upsell u and drop u init without any assistance no gestures of goodwill... NOTHING! these companies are the reason smaller companies fold... do not use them.

    Appalling. Trap you into a contract - charge you whatever they want. Don't give you full details and make up amounts whenever they fancy. Stuck keeping the same broken handset for 3 years because I won't upgrade as don't want anything to do with them anymore. Never reply to emails either and just make everything up.
