    The process of joining was long and frustrating, constantly having to resend in documents. I had 3 or 4 people constantly messaging me when I was joining. When I started again loads of random OneCall workers would message me offering me shifts 2 hours away. The pay is rubbish, a few pence above minimum wage and they pay an extra £1 for holiday pay. Other agencies offer a better wage. Not many shifts in my area, which shows OneCall is expensive and unreliable I've been underpaid numerous times, more recently Onecall24 REFUSED to pay me £400 in wages until I booked in an 8 hour UNPAID training session that is 2 hours from my house I'm still waiting for the rest of my wages and it's been the 3rd week Disappointing because I've made £11,000 in 6 months which means Onecall24 would of made 2000-3000£ and they really don't care about their staff. I've been discriminated against for suffering with mental health and eczema but again Onecall24 doesn't care they will just fine you. AVOID WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE BETTER AGENCIES.

    I don’t recommend if you live in Norfolk to work for them. The people in charge of that area don’t communicate effectively with any one. I’ve turned up for shifts when not needed and sent home with out pay. I have also been absent from shifts due to not being made aware I was booked in for one or when I said wasn’t available and had make them aware on several occasions. if you are sick they pester you and charge you unless you can prove it’s real. Left for months with out work and when I phone they had forgot that I had availability even though i contacted them every month with a month in advance of my availability and messaged every week to keep them up to date. I was not told who to contact if the person who dealt with my availability was ill or on holiday. I had phone calls for months after handing in my notice about shifts being available. Every time they phoned I said I don’t work for you anymore and haven’t from time of working my notice (months) but I’m waiting for my p45 and my reference. They said they would contact the appropriate team. When they had agreed they would give me a reference when I handed in my notice and work a month’s notice.

    I do not recommend this company. There is no communication between branches , keep calling me from each of them with the same questions everytime like they don't have my info in the system. They try to find me job that is around my area and then tell me tha I can cycle up to an 1h in high wind and rain and it's fine. After canceling contract they still keep calling me and sending me email so I had to block them. No , thank you.
