I had been to a few bridal shops and not had the best experience, however Zara made myself and my mum feel so welcome and relaxed. Although I did not find my dress at ONE1 Bridal, I cannot recommend Zara and the store enough for anyone who is looking for their wedding dress. As mum lives in North Wales, she is not able to be there with me when looking for dresses, however Zara ensured that I had a special moment with mum during my experience at the store. Thank you so much for having us, and being so wonderful.

I honestly don't know where to start with this shop. They really do make it such a lovely experience. I'm not a sample size and struggled to find a dress and ended up at 8 shops and crying pretty much every time I left, but these absolute angels were amazing. They don't just try to sell you a dress, they want you to find your dress. I never thought I'd get the "wow this is the dress" moment, but I did. THANK YOU Zara & Helen you were amazing xxx DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

The ladies here are lovely and so incredibly helpful. Made me feel at ease and relaxed from the moment I walked through the door. So attentive to emails and any queries I had. Unfortunately I didn’t say ‘yes’ to the dress here but it came a VERY close second. If my venue was different I would have picked this dress!! Would highly recommend anyone visit this store. They made my wedding dress experience a breeze!
