OYNB changed my relationship with alcohol on the 100 day challenge. It’s now changed my life for the better after completing their Complete Reser Retreat. Ruari and team are the best! Nothing is too much for them and they really care about everyone on their individual journey. If you are considering anything with OYNB, do it. Honestly you won’t be disappointed!

It's OK. There's an important commitment aspect to paying for something like this. It's a firm statement to yourself that you're giving it a go. However, for me at least, the actual content of what you get is pretty weak. There are daily videos, but you could read this stuff in any decent book, blog or podcast about quitting so it's nothing ground breaking. I guess they claim the main benefit is the community, however this is really just a massive free for all of people complaining about their bad days. This sounds unsympathetic but the issue is that there is no way to filter it down and engage with similar people with similar circumstances, and people's circumstances are incredibly different. Just wanting to stop drinking is not enough to put me in a tribe.

I found this a fantastically positive and supportive way to change my relationship with alcohol. OYNB has changed my life and after 56 days alcohol free I feel so amazing that I just upgraded from the 90 day to 365 day challenge! I love this so much I even brought shares in the company! Sign up and get into it - it is fantastic and has changed so many lives!!

That would be 2.5 stars if I could do that. I'm not sure, I pretty much feel like I'm on my own, other than the daily video is sent. Being on my own, and being pushed (reminded) with the constant upsell, that it'll be better with the 365 day plan, or better with the private coaching is upsetting, when I'm just dealing with the hear and now. Help with NOW. I'm sure they'll respond with oh there's all kinds of support you just haven't taken advantage of it, and that may be true, but it's a bloody technological mind field on their website. Good luck whatever you do. Doug N

Who knows where i would be if i hadn't listened to a podcast that Andy was on talking about OYNB. I looked it, read the book and loved it. The community is amazing and being able to speak to others and get advice was priceless. The email updates are great and help, addiction requires support and at OYNB there is lots of it! Reading tips, withdrawal tips, podcast tips, social tips, all so supportive as well. I am now living a sober life, i realised i can't have alcohol in my life and i have never felt better.
