Beautiful views and wonderful nature but also very muddy most of the year without clear footpaths. If you don't like mud I would recommend visiting the Westley Heights site as an alternative.

I have started using One Tree on hot days as I can walk my dog before it gets too hot in the mornings as they open nice and early unlike Wat Tyler Park which do not let you in until 9.00 prompt.Its also a lot quieter and more relaxing with nice long wooded areas to walk in the shade,definitely a doggy paradise!!¡
