I had been hunting for work for almost 4 months when I submitted an application through One to One Personnel for a Logistic Support Operative role. I was unsuccessful in this particular role but Julie from One to One got in touch with me and discussed my CV in detail and what my hopes were for future work. Within days she had recommended a role for me, submitted my CV and advocated on my behalf with the employer. Yet again I missed out on that role but the employer was so impressed by Julie's description of me as a worker that they instantly considered me for a different parallel role which I will be starting in just a few days. Julie and One to One have done a fantastic job making me feel comfortable, listened to, and supported in my job search and have managed to end a months long slog within a week of making contact with them.
