What amenities are included in the cottage rental?

Our cottage rental amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, heating and air conditioning, and complimentary parking.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

Yes, our minimum stay requirement is two nights and our maximum stay is 30 nights. If you are interested in a longer stay, please contact us to discuss.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the reservation date. If cancelled within 14 days, there is a 50% penalty fee. If cancelled within 48 hours, there is no refund.

Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the rental price?

There is a cleaning fee of $50 per stay for our cottage rentals. If you wish to bring a pet, there is a non-refundable $100 pet fee per stay.

How do I access the property and what is the check-in/check-out process?

Before your arrival, we will provide you with a unique access code for the front door. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. We ask that you please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived.
