Rude staff named Gary. Tried to charge me £95 for light adjustment and £105 for a missing screw that holds the headlamp in place. Sales staff on commission and try to con you over odds - FRAUD. He hung up the phone on me, then kept cuting the line to avoid conversation. When asked to speak to a manager, he said managers are in a meeting until 5:45. Lies after lies. AVOID!
