    I wish i could leave zero stars. I Bought some items from Onestopgrowshop. One of the items (a six pot lid for dwc) was sent completely without packaging. So unprofessional. I literally cant believe the level of their stupidity and incompetence. They are TAS. Absolutely ridiculous. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Avoid at all costs !!!!!

    DO NOT ORDER THERE, might as well go on EBay. the website shows that the item is in stock but they don’t even know when it’s getting delivered to the store. No communication whatsoever, I had to call them a week after I placed my order to be informed that my order won’t arrive anytime soon. Total waste of time.

    Error, apology, same error, another apology, new error, apology, old error, apology and repeat… Hate to have leave this negative review but these guys have had LOTS of chances to sort themselves and they’ve instead made LOTS of errors! The same errors over and over and then new ones too… I have honestly had more orders with problems than without and the lack of basic communication that other shops can manage just tops it off. If a customer places an order for things showing as in stock ONLY, you should phone them BEFORE splitting the order and just deciding to post things separately! Multiple days waiting around for couriers to deliver what was showing as in stock so should have been delivered in one order is just not on and the customer should have the option to know before and NOT have to wait until delivery day one to then sort your issues! If an item arrives with a customer broken (NOT damaged in transit but broken BEFORE it was even packed for shipping) then you should probably inspect the rest of the items before sending anymore out and not sending MUTLIPLE of the same item with the same damage/fault!

    They Sell faulty products and hide behind the supplier and emails once it's brought to their attention. Ripped me off £330 and wasted so much of my time. Customer service completely useless. They told me they have had multiple customers with the same factory default for my product and then went back on themselves in another email and said that it was my fault that the product arrived damaged. I didn't know that I had control over the quality of items they delivered to my door but apparently I do. Joke of a company. Avoid at all costs even if it means spending more elsewhere. My local will get my business from now on.

    Misleading website. They state items are in stock but don’t tell you they aren’t. I got an email 2 mins before my order arrived to tell me half of it was not in stock. No mention of when it will be. Waste of my time. Don’t use this website.

    2 years later, same story lads...Ordered online, bank verification through, then waited for email from onestopgrowshop. Called to see what the problem was, sale didn't process so asked to order then only to be informed everything in the £500+ was out of stock

    I’ve ordered a few things. Their website clearly indicated that the items I wanted to order were in stock. Received the parcel next day! I was very impressed with an instant shipping. Two items turned out to be missing and the reason for this was that they were not in stock. No one even bothered to inform me about it so I had to ring them and raise the issue. Having known something ain’t in stock I’d have ordered from somewhere else rather than waiting for parcel with missing items.. If something ain’t in stock please update your website accordingly and don’t mislead people. Shocking
