i bought sofa with 2 armchairs from this company , insted of 3 seater sofa was delivered 2 seater sofa , one of the armchair was broken badly so i send it back, 6 days i been waited for someone to contact be but looks like the company disappeared, they ignoring my emails not answering calls im not talking about the whats up anymore, my next step to put them for the small claim court cos they treeted me as a costumer very bad , no one do that , but hope so one day when they receive court date they will understand that u can’t play with people!!! and please anyone who have this problem with them put them in a small claim court then they understand what they doing !!!

It is unfair to give them one star because products are faulty quality and very bad customer service, actually they not follow or respect the Law. I bought sofa bed and mattress paid £760 on 10/11/2022 by 20/11/2022 the sofa collapsed and they refused to refund it, they said they are not following refunding policies even they did not tell me about this fact . I am not recommended them whatsoever not for products not for professional service and not even with respect the Law. Be very careful if you wanna visit this store. They are taken advantage if you are new in the country because you dont know the law. BE VERY CAREFUL.

Today I just visit this furniture showroom because suddenly my son wants to go for toilet he can’t control till services came…. Very nice Manager or Director allow us to come in & treat us very nicely without any business purpose , even we are not their customers…..hope they grow more n more in their business ..very very thankful to them for their nice behaviour to unknown people. Please visit this showroom not only because they have nice things to sell bcz they have nice customer service and respectful behaviour as well. Thanks.

Very poor make sure you shop around sadly after years of buying beds and wardrobes from the Dad Looks like the son is in charge basically inflating prices and then calling it a discount I was given a price by the son for a decent bed at £799 he said that was discounted. Then rang the shop as another ‘customer‘ and I was quoted £775!! Went back in to the shop spoke to the assistant he quoted £829!!! I told him I had shopped around and got the same bed at £740 shop assistant said he knows me for years and always bought stuff from him but obviously that does not mean anything it’s just greed. If your savvy enough look up the brand name and make a few calls I saved nearly a £100

Highly recommend this carpet & furniture store . I was happy to find they had the carpet I was looking for . I wanted a Jet Black colour carpet that was very good quality . That’s exactly what they had . I chose the carpet , I was happy with the price which was very reasonable considering the quality . The carpet was even fitted on my stairs that same day by a very professional carpet fitter , I am very happy with my new carpet & its all down to the excellent customer service at this store . Just a bit of advice on visiting this store on Friday afternoons 1pm -2pm is probably not the best time to go . Any other times no problems at all
