Over all pretty decent washing and dry cleaning services. Gave a bunch of clothes to wash with one of the items having a large tear. To my surprise, When the wash came back, that piece of clothing was completely stitched up and they didn't even care to tell me about it. I found that out just now, after having put the clothes on.

If your going to go here which I highly advise you not to! Read every sign in the shop first! Or tell them exactly what NOT to do as they will NOT read the labels. They ruined my partners ted baker suit by ironing it and when I went back in to complain, refund or to fix it she said with an attitude it saids to tell us if you don’t want it ironed, I said where does it say that (as there are loads of signs) and she pointed to under the desk. What a place to put an important sign! They wouldn’t give me a refund or fix it so I left. Never will go back again!

Hugely disappointing. Both suits returned with white chemical marks and very poor ironing. £600 Hugo Boss suit damaged (sharp object has pulled thread in back panel). Shop initially refused to accept responsibility, then said only the manager could respond but weren’t willing to contact her. Not received any further response in 10 days. Will not be paying for my suits to be ruined again. ☹️

Hugely appreciated them getting my suit dry cleaned in 48 hours but it came back with white marks and double tram lines on my trousers. Tailor made suit so I certainly won’t be using them again.
