Very poor after sales service. My son bought a CCTV system which has had a failed camera. (Picture is black and white and camera was found to be hot to touch) Removed from system and at suppliers instruction returned the faulty unit. This was several weeks ago. No reply to e-mails enquiring about status of the return. Very disappointed with One Stop CCTV after sales and makes me unlikely to either buy again from them or recommend to others. Update January 2022, no camera and no communication from Onestop. Interesting there are reviews dated 7 years ago for a company that did not exist until 2020. Leave you to think that one through.
