I highly recommend one source solicitors. We had a very complicated immigration case and thanks to these people we got my fiancé’s leave to remain. We used one source solicitors to help with our application for the uk fiance visa. 1. They put the wrong passport number down on the application form. 2. They didnt send us the appendix 2 form (first we knew about it was when we were submitting documents at VFS) 3. They failed to mention in the cover letter that i am paid 4 weekly not monthly (13 pays/tax year not 12) therefore visa was refused as we didnt meet the £18600 requirement. 4. They were difficult to contact. The phone always went unanswered and emails took days to respond to. 5. We notified them that our visa was refused and they advised us to reapply with them rather than appeal as they believed that was the cheapest way... the appeal (we did on our own and won) was £80 not £2800 (solicitors fee and visa fee). They also told us that my fiance would be out of the country a maximum of 2 months and would be back in plenty of time for the birth of our first child, he was actually gone for 5 months, misisng the birth of our daughter and the first 2 months of her life. Would not recommend for these reasons.
