Aka One Less Care I've had 2 experiences in this shop both times receiving absolutely shocking customer service, it was the same woman on both occasions and I can only assume she must be a part time Saturday worker as her heart is clearly not in the role...either that or she simply lacks decent people skills and customer service basics! As soon as you enter the store there is silence followed by an atmosphere found in a library/graveyard we said hello and nothing back 👍 Visit 1 - Politely asked if Trentham members received the 10% discount to be met with one answer no ' we don't need to'.... frosty Karen vibes Visit 2 - Months later (give everyone a second chance) looking to purchase 2 items so asked if there was any deals on offer as other stores within Trentham have be known to offer this or deals 'No we don't need to they fly off the shelves' this is a fair enough comment but business basics surely open the door to selling more product? Anyway I will be shopping on-line directly with the brand going forward and avoiding the doom and gloom of this shop in the future. For reference both visits were as a family I can only pray my daughter didn't pick up any of these bad habits / attitude.

Ordered from One More Bear online and had a great experience - signed up to hear when a Jellycat was back in stock and received an email later that day. They have a secure checkout/payment process, and I received my order confirmation straight away. My order was dispatched the next day with tracked postage, and when my order arrived it was safely and appropriately packaged with a nice note of thanks for ordering from a small business.

Absolutely dreadful , received 2 faulty items which I had to pay postage myself to return, despite their website saying that you will not have to pay for faulty returns , rude staff , do not order from them
