I have been a tenant for 9 years, I reported the back garden flooring tiles need repair as my kids keep falling in the floor, I received an appointment someone will come and see it, and they have never show up, I chased them three times, I’m still waiting one Manchester to come back to me, also they did some work in the kitchen cupboard and the operator said will order missing drawers, and we will call you back again, for nearly two months no one get in touch. years ago I informed they will change the kitchen and the bathroom as they are very old and in very bad condition, they came and took pictures and still waiting. ********* I’m still waiting for kitchen cupboards, is 9 months now since you replied.

Terrible communication. Workmen can't be bothered most of the time. Emergency appointments are not priorities and seen to ASAP. My mum was left without heating for 3 months in the winter while being a vulnerable person. Wouldn't even give 1 star

I'm a tenant with one Manchester for over 8 months and still have no gas in my property, i spent the whole winter with no gas, many appointments arranged, and those on the help line doesn't help at all

Tenant of over 34 years, I had some issues with the neighbours, submitted reports through their website to no avail no one called, all I got is a reply to one of my emails saying someone will contact me within 48 hours.......48 hours came and went and still no one contacted me , decided to call them , waited for over 30 minutes on the phone and no one answered , you know it’s a bad company when that company does not have a customer service . as of late decided to withhold rent payments to see if they exists or if they will get in touch with me. Since they became one Manchester they’ve spent millions on buying new lands and building new homes , and yet they don’t have the courtesy to reply to their tenants, the last time I checked tenants have rights! .Incompetent sad and pathetic little landlord, Incompetent housing officer brought 2 disabled people with opposite needs to live on top of each other, if she has an ounce of dignity she would resign and if one Manchester had an ounce of decency they would sack her but astonishingly she gets to keep her job and still “HANDLE” the case, while a whole neighbourhood has to suffer. 7 months of misery and counting !.

absolutely ridiculous that i’ve got to wait 5 weeks for someone to come out and do a mould and damp repair when 3/4 rooms in my house are affected & i have a 3 year old little boy. It’s so bad in my bedroom that my whole wall, bed and mattress are covered in it but ive got to wait 5 weeks? what an absolute joke

Rubbish coustomer service and repair team as it taking them more then two and half year just to repair the gutter from the roof absolute joke have report them over and over and nothing happened and the guy came do the photo shop and left rubbish

we pay service charges and the lift is always out of work, no care taker around absolutely joke. Why there is no care taker available in emergency or anything in Royce court.
