Being completely novice to yoga and I’m not flexible at all, but I have fallen in love with the yoga. The studio is lovely and relaxing atmosphere, good place to be after long day/ or to start a day with yoga. All the instructors are really experienced and they make classes real fun but at the same time professional. It’s a real gem here in Bmth and would totally recommend this place. 5⭐️

A real scam of a business, after taking my money, I got there on time but no one answered the buzzer, they basically refused to let me in. Come to find out that they have no phone number, i have reported this transaction as fraud and I will make sure to let everyone know.

I've had classes with a few different instructors here and most of which have been excellent. However, last week I had a bad experience in a lesson, I was told by the instructor not to participate in a move because I would "break my neck". He said this in front of the whole class and it was humiliating. After the class he stopped me to give me more "feedback". I'm open to feedback and have been given some great constructive feedback from other instructors in this team. This was different, it was patronising and put me down. I left the studio feeling prejudged and unwelcome. It's such a shame because everyone else has made me feel so welcome there, I was really starting to enjoy these lessons but I won't pay for classes to be told off or shouted at. Edit: I'm disappointed with the response implying that I didn't follow the instructions, which I did. My issue was being singled out and spoken down to with a very negative attitude towards me.

So impressed to have such a fabulous facility here in Bournemouth with such expert tuition. Both myself and my husband- who is a novice at yoga, have both improved in a few short weeks and really look forward to practice. Highly recommend.

On their website they state they “do everything in their power to create a safe environment,” however, after my encounter at the studio the other day, I can say that I felt far from safe. I have been attending regular classes here for a few weeks now, with no issues whatsoever. The majority of the yoga leaders have been so supportive and friendly, only to be let down by one of their team. He was patronising and rude. My friend and I were made to feel very uncomfortable and small. On our most recent session, we were screamed at down the hall in an angry tone to “come on” and “hurry up,” despite the fact that we were not late, but just not as early as the other people who were already in the studio. Not a very calm start to the yoga class and again, not really feeling like a safe or calm environment. At the end of the class, I was then told off about having my phone with me in the studio. I was not previously made aware that this was not allowed and can actually remember being told on my first class, if I felt more comfortable brining it into the studio I could, as there are no lockers in the changing rooms to secure items away. (My phone was always put on silent and never disturbed the class) These issues may seem to be trivial and minor however, it was more about the way in which the situations were dealt with and the way my friend and I were made to feel. The last time anyone had spoken to me like that was at school. It is not how anyone should speak to another person, especially someone in a leadership position. It is such a shame as I was really enjoying my time there, up until that point. However, I refuse to continue paying to be treated in such a way that I am spoken down to and disrespected.

What a wonderful yoga studio with caring practicing tutors. All of the tutors are skilled and fab communicators that understand student capabilities. Wow. The studio is spacious, beautiful and comfortable with hot yoga my favorite. Good inspirational messages & soothing music to work at your own pace. I found these classes are cusomised to beginngers and for the more advanced. Some students are awesome and the instructors are super balanced on setting the pace and are very supportive prior, during and after the classes with guidance. I have returned back to yoga after covid shut down after 2 years and have been inspired to get back to health and out of a rut. Thanks.

This place is an absolute gem! I moved to Dorset a few years ago and have been generally disappointed with other studios I've tried, finding them to be dirty and overpriced. One For All is a clean, beautifully laid out, spacious, relaxing environment with a range of professional instructors. I've only just joined but I can easily see myself becoming slightly obsessed with this place. Would defo recommend - I'm so happy I found this studio :)
