WORST APARTMENT EVER! It was my sisters bridal shower so we booked this AP for a stay in this lady with a pink tracksuit and a fanny pack from peacocks had bullied us the whole night !!!! She was peaking in from the window at 3am to try “catch us out” I felt afraid , scared and endangered another concern was the hygiene of this place blonde hair was clogged up in the shower and the mouse dropping were inside the fridge drawer ontop of that I HAD SECERAL MELTDOWNS due to the fact the lady was being racist and using micro aggressive terms such as “make sure you don’t leave any coily hair” HORRIBLE PLACE

The service I received during my stay at this apartment was quite frankly appalling, I have never encountered such rude behaviour from the staff. It was quite scary to be honest and made me feel concerned for my safety at times. One of the staff members thought it was acceptable to continuously knock on our door and invade our privacy and even tried to threaten me saying the police would be called. I’m not sure what for, but she should be the one arrested immediately. BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE
