UPDATE both hubby and I made another visit today. Alice was just wonderful-so gentle and patient. All staff are so pleasant and easy to talk to. Premises are nice and clean too First attendance since covid19 restrictions and both Dave and I were quite worried as this was our first trip out since March 2020. Being in a quite vulnerable group we had protected ourselves as best we could. Fortunately we have both received both our vaccinations so now felt, with care, we had to start living again. Rochdale One Dental had taken many precautions including perspex screens between chairs in the waiting area and at the reception desk. Two bottles of hand sanitizer were at reception for patients use. However, from watching only 20% of patients bothered and those that did weren't using it correctly - not the fault of staff but just an observation. Two receptionists were behind the desk both wearing masks but one wasn't correctly covering her nose, just a minor point. Once we went into the examination room it was obvious the chair had been wiped and the two staff took hygiene extremely importantly. The only issue was the toilets were closed due to covid19. However we both felt this was wrong as people may be nervous, have medical problems and with the journey times be away from home for some length of time. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly which is a great asset to the practice. Stewart really is lovely as we were told he was by the receptionist when booking. He had so much time for us both to ensure comfort and felt so secure. We are so lucky to be on the books of such an excellent practice. Will be meeting the hygienist next visit. Thank you to everyone who is employed there.

Useless. Never answer the phone. How else are you supposed to let them know you cannot attend your appointment. Quick to throw warnings though and take people of their list! Shambles!!!!
