Whatever I say about One Community will be biased as I have worked there for the last ten years. I went there expecting the job to last a couple of years but still there as it is the most rewarding job I have ever had! Lovely people who will do anything they can to help our community but without our volunteers we would be nothing, I hope they realise how important and appreciated they are.

My daughter's are young carers and the staff and volunteers are amazing with how they give young carers fun and support emotionally outside of caring life. My girls get to do activities and be girls and have fun with me no longer feeling that I stop them so much with my disabilities. I only wish they had more funding help and support to allow the transport to start again as my eldest really misses the weekly choir groups and more day trips for them to have days out to have fun.
