Amazing company to work for, they offer you the work you want and pay the hourly rate they promise on time. They dont have time to waste and won't chase you if you don't answer the phone, as they have a large staffing team who will pick up work very quickly. So if you want to work for them you will need to commit to the role and answer your phone.

Poorly managed. Manager has a criminal background and failed to inform.Very patronising. Phoned me and fired me then phoned me the next day apologising and asked me to take job back.Had to constantly get in contact with them for information. Was my first time getting into care and completely put me off. Had me with vulnerable adults shadowing without my dbs. Very rude and obnoxious. I would advise anyone who wants to work here please rethink as they are appalling.
