Poor quality of service, poor communication by staff. Left waiting with no apology or information about any delays, just told they think he is running late... very poor. Edit- another appointment and another 30 minutes or waiting and not being told anything. I pay privately for treatment and the service is getting worse and worse. Time to start using another private hospital. I wouldn't recommend The One at all given the poor service and zero information. The staff are too busy sitting around taking about their personal life!

Superb staff at the imaging department. The ladies at the booking stage made that part stress free and then on the day Dr White and his 2 staff were exceptional and really did everything they could to make sure I managed to complete the MRI. The only thing I would do differently is make sure I had a consultation booked in too. But at the time of booking I was extremely anxious and if it wasn't for Hayley help and kindness I wouldn't have a clue what I was doing. So thank you all. Very highly recommended.

I haven't had any form of surgery or even got an appointment as the shockingly bad service thus far. I wanted to have fat dissolving injections for around 1 month now I have called several times each time a different person has taken my email and number, and personal information yet i haven't received not 1 email back. I've literally called 2 a week now and passed the piont if evan trying to get anywhere. absolutely shocking. i would have had other stuff done and would have been happy to pay. when the service of evan having a hope of any contact is this poor i think i have to look else where.
