Covid hit after we booked, and so she changed our holiday from last year to this without any issue. As travel this year is still up in the air, she has once more managed to save our deposit and allow us the option to rebook for next year. She has been helpful and professional throughout, always available to discuss options, and we're so thankful we opted to book through her rather than independently - she even managed to find our holiday cheaper than we could online!
