Came here to change a flat tire recently , they helped me to change the inner tube for £25. When the staff handed the bike over to me, I noticed that the cap had been swapped out (My bicycle cap was black but now it was replaced by a blue cap). I asked the staff member why this happened, and he sheepishly handed me my original brompton bike cap. 4 weeks later, my tire is flat again despite not cycling at all. I brought my bike to the official seller. Turns out he mentioned that On Your Bike didn't do a good job fitting the inner tube, and probably used an inferior inner tube. What a waste of money and poor service.

Would highly recommend On your bike. Had a bike malfunction going over London bridge (my pedal fell off) and managed to walk my bike to their store and they kindly fixed the issue within a matter of minutes, genuine guys that really know what they are doing and went out of their way to help out a fellow cyclist. Much appreciated

Really bad customer service. Had my bike serviced and within 48 hours after was back at the shop twice with new problems to be fixed. There was no explanation or apology. I had to ask and pull the information from them to tell me what was wrong and why it happened after a full service. Then had to ask for a discount for new parts that should have been flagged as a problem during the original service. My bike had leas problems before I brought it in originally.
