Service and communication was excellent and it was reasonably priced work by the standards of even servicing stuff I've had done in the past. In a year's time I will be back for a service. Andy was really quick to respond when I emailed him initially and was able to fit me in the next week for a full service. The fact he was able to collect my bike from my house was really convenient and he was able to get my bike back within the day. He was quick to let me know that I would need a couple of extra things as my bike was in a pretty bad way but when he returned it, it honestly looked and felt like a new bike!! Excellent service and I highly recommend.
