My son visited this shop earlier today and the gentleman was very helpful and definitely 'knew what he was talking about when it comes to watches.' On top of that my son said 'he was one of the nicest men I've ever met!' He helped him out on a watch strap problem which he had been struggling with for quite a while and it was a fantastic service. I would highly recommend and would use this place next time... in fact I wished we had discovered it before!

I’ve used this independent shop several times & always had great, prompt service. Just been in today for a replacement battery on a thirty year old Gucci watch. Sorted while I shopped & for a fraction of the time and cost quoted by a franchised shoe/key/watch place. Update - maybe you get what you pay for. Watch has stopped working again within 3 weeks 🤬
