I ordered it a week a go yet when I really need to be at the train station at the time I said ten to 3 at first but had to change because of reason yet I asked them to change the time guy said not a problem he said he would put it down but he didn't so I had ask send me one early I nearly missed the what I went to get the train as I was getting a flight to jfk

Ordered two mini buses for airport travel, fuming, sent two small cars could not fit us all in and luggage, confirmed this 3 times and was promised 2 x minibus. We had to go with my son on my knee illegally or would of missed our flight, AVOID at all cost, not even apologetic, disgusting company

Took nearly an hour on a Thursday early evening. I rang the base after waiting 25 minutes. They told me it will be 5 minutes waited another 15 rang again said 5 minutes again but didn’t come again. Waited an hour so got an a2b far better service polite and took 5 minutes, was recommended on time will never use again

Used this taxi firm every day for the last 3-4 years. Always quick and reliable, if they can't make it they've always been honest and told me so but they always get to me asap as they know I do the school run with my daughter. Excellent service!
