Had sent quite a few enquiries about a bike I was interested in. Jordan got back to me and apologised for the delayed response. He explained that they had been short staffed and footfall in store had been quite high. This is perfectly understandable, and he seemed friendly and professional, and we discussed a negotiation of price. Whilst I have not purchased from On The Wheel, I will definitely consider them in the future due to the interaction I have had.

Looking at my first bike, I had a very specific 125cc in mind and was happy to find On The Wheel only 30 miles away with the Hyosung Aquila in stock. Jordan was an absolute saint, showing me the bike in the showroom and running me through my purchase options in a non pressured way, as I didn't intend to buy it so soon! Once I had purchased, they got the bike ready lightning fast and even though I was away for work trip and then needing to push collection back he was patient and squeezed me in on the morning I was free for the handover, where he then took great care in explaining everything to me. I would definitely purchase here again and would advise if you want great service, with attentive salesmen: this is the store to go to!
