I am delighted with the finished product and the guys did a fantastic job. They extended the loft access exactly the way I was expecting. The massive down side however was that the job should have taken 1 day but I had to have 3 separate days visits due to administrative errors which spoilt the experience and caused me to have to cancel an appointment. That's the only reason I cannot give 5 stars. Make no mistake the job was professionally completed and if they can get their act together I will use them again
