Matt helped me out with a yard move this morning. From start to end he was super helpful to deal with. I had a problem that I needed to move two large horses that would exceed the payload of an 3.5t lorry together, but I wanted them to leave and arrive at the same time to minimise stress, and so was looking to hire two firms to go in convoy. He was very understanding and instrumental in getting this slightly unusual request organised by suggesting another firm that I could try. From there it got booked in and worked like clockwork. Matt was professional and sympathetic and happy to help with the loading and the handling, and worked very well with the other driver. All in all the whole experience which I was expecting to be very stressful (as the horses hadn’t travelled for a long time) went extremely smoothly. Thank you Matt for all of your help in minimising stress for all involved. Thoroughly recommend.
