This guy and his staff can not do enough for you, anytime I've needed something he is like cilit bang 😂😂 just gets it done and the service is well first class ,pleasant , professional,so friendly and very very competitive pricing but to be honest if he was £50 more than anybody else I would still go with him as he goes the extra mile to make sure your happy with what ya have bought and he will even double check if it's right for what you need !!! Decided to try them out for a washing machine repair after seeing all the great reviews. The person came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, but when I was asking for advice about whether the cost of repair is worth it, relative to costs of replacement he didn't have much info to share. In the end I just paid the 40 call-out fee, for which I would have expected some advice. It's a shame as I would have been keen to buy a new one from them with some help.
