I called Tony on the Wednesday to explain the issues the bike was having. He came and collected it and the bike was ready for me to pick up the following Tuesday. A lot of general improvements have been made - beyond the scope of the issues I had originally reported. And the price I paid was very very reasonable. A great experience and I'll be sure to use On 2 Wheels again!

Slow puncture. Tony could have put a new tyre on and charged me accordingly. However he replaced the valve and cleaned the tyre and the rim. Saved me money. Good and honest. Will spend time to give advice. Recommended.
