Edited Contacted this company end of 2022 for my washing machine. They came over rapidly and fixed it straight away. Told us it was the carbon brushes. New one was under warranty, so when I started smelling burnt plastic everytime I used my washing machine I contacted them again. Unfortunately they were ill but would call back when better. They didn't so I messaged back and they unfortunately still had Covid...until the warranty expired. Fast forward to last week when my washing machine stopped spinning. Same issue as the first time. They came for the appointment and arrived 30min early...and thought it was for an oven repair...after 1 hour of pressing buttons on my washer and banging it they decided to open to look at the brushes. They said it was not it and that it was most likely the board which was so expensive it would be better to replace the washing machine. It so happens that their friend sells refurbished washing machines and disposes of the old one for you too. At that point I had seen so many red flags that I called someone else who straight away said that the brushes that had been fitted were the wrong ones and that there was nothing wrong with our washer - in fact it is working right now. They left my kitchen covered in grease, my washing machine scratched and covered in grease too, and altogether have taken £100 out of me. I have texted them after the honest repairman has been and fixed it but so far no response. Do not call these guys, they are scammers!!!

Our Kenwood washer wasn't working and wife was stressed, called OMT and within an hour Bob and Luke arrived. Bob diagnosed the issue in our phone conversation and he was correct, within an hour he had removed stripped and soldered new bushes in the motor then reassembled the washer which worked perfectly. A real old school craftsman! Nice to find such a workman these days.priced perfectly and would honestly recommend and use again! Service: Washing machine repair
