İ cannot thank the team at Omsara enough..they have assisted me all through out my order as i was not too sure about the size guide but as long as you get your measurements right and follow their chart, you cannot go wrong. More importantly, the quality of the dress is amazing and it is as good as they advertise. İ am over the moon with my dress and cant wait for the party!! Thank you Omsara!!!

Item arrived on time. Well packed. As shown in pictures. No issues with my purchase. (I feel) the prices are decent. Had in issue with the invoice that showed the dipatch date of 2014 when I bought the item on 2021 but contacted Omsara on instagram and they replied the next morning with the correct invoice. Easy to contact, just give them some time, I'm sure they have a lot to deal with. The website could do with some fixing, the login page and history page is weird, which lead to me thinking the website is not genuine but seeing reviews here says otherwise I thought I would give it a go and not disappointed. Will purchase again. Will recommend.

Poor service... unreliable shows stock fast shipping. Yet no shipping confirmation no tracking no one to answer calls no answer message facility. Probably nobody to answer emails. Searched high and low for a UK company who can get product over fast yet no joy. Family wedding outfit not received wedding tomorrow thanks for the disappointment of your misadverting on your site.

OMSARA you are the best :) Ordered some ites for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved the designs, the fit was incredible exactly how she would have chosen for herself. You coud say im great at picking outfts but credit goes to the Team at OMSARA, from the moment the order was placed they were at hand and super responsive with every minor detail ensuring the dresses and lenghas were perfect. I had placed an order on the 7th May, at the point of placing the order , it clearly said ( delivery 3 to 7 days ) as it was a Birmingham based we were quick to belive it will arrive in 3 to 7 days.. We made the payment but did not receive any confirmation.. I called over 100 times to there 24hr help line, Lol!! No one answered the phone.. then I emailed, messaged them on messenger and on Google review, they were quick to reply back in what I feel was a very roud reply. Naysayers after many email he says it will arrive on the 27th of May... Now please someone advice me where I missed the point.. 3/7 days = 20 days delivery.. So order date7th may.. delivery date 27th May how does that equal to the date they just emailed 27th May...
