    Very bad service, wouldn't recommend. Not even worthy of one star. Only done that so I can comment. I called the surgery 8 in the morning and the one i spoke to told me to call back at 10:15 and when i called back 10:15 i was in waiting until 10:45, they picked up the phone and blame me that i called 10:15 put the phone without help.. IAM GOING TO A&E. Rubbish GP... Close the GP or change STAFF and service.

    Receptionists are rude and totally unprofessional especially Marie apparently calls are recorded but never get listened to for training or these careless callous women would not work there I strongly suggest not dealing with reception if at all possible unless you wanna feel depressed after Dr Sutcliffe is a gem and so are the Dr's but the receptionists are shaming the surgery

    We consistently find the staff at Omnia practice approachable, professional and understanding. We both now have ongoing medical conditions and we find we are always treated with respect, be that online, phone or face to face. We find that the doctors are thorough, listening carefully and responding appropriately which is very reassuring.

    Dont answere calls and says they are buy when you into surgery call staff sitting around chatting behind the reception the reception staff a black lady at reception got proper attitude everytime i go there she has a real bad attitude the way she anweres you back like your nothin this has happended on many occasions and the practice just make excuses the doctors are on point but the recepetion staff attitude is appalling no wonder the owner of practice is qwik to respond they no there reception staff lack respect

    I am a new patient at this practice recently moved to the area into a temporary accommodation I cannot get an appointment with my new doctors and I need my medication I’ve tried over and over again to get through waiting on the phone for hours per time I have mental health issues and I’m struggling P.S THE WEBSITE IS DOWN AND THE FACT ITS TAKEN YOU LESS THEN TEN MINUTES TO REPLY TO THIS REVIEW AND YOU CANNOT ANSWER THE PHONE TO ME IS REDICULIOUS IM FINDING A NEW DOCTORS
