We were just about to write off our Rayburn after a year of non-use and a succession of people trying to get it working, until we contacted Paul at Omnigas. His technical knowledge is first class, he knew exactly what was required to get the Rayburn up and fully functional again, and did so promptly and efficiently. This is second consecutive year we have engaged services of Paul at omnigas. Last year he repaired our coal effect gas fire which was proving very difficult to get repaired. He set about the task methodically and his competence and knowledge is first class. We were so impressed with him that when our boiler went down recently we again had Paul who fitted us a new boiler. Again, first class service, everything well organised, runs like clockwork, takes the stress out of it. He’s very polite, and has an easy manner. Explains everything in a way you can understand. Highly recommended.
