Ordered from this place many times and loved it. I’ve realised that they’ve greatly reduced their portion size and quality. Their delivery times are also awful and my husband also experienced a very rude delivery driver. On the portion size- you now get a very thin layer of cookie dough with loads of chocolate shavings which gives the illusion of height. Waffles aren’t topped with the usual amount of toppings we are used to getting. It’s said considering we love to support local businesses. If quality declines and you can afford to close the store front (which hasn’t been open for a long time) then I suggest you do in order to improve the quality of your product. You will continue losing customers if this continues. In response to the business’s comment- I do support local businesses however there are several other reviews on here which talk about quality, customer service, drivers, delays and wrong orders. They are all prior to my review being posted. This should give you the opportunity to improve yet it still continues. I love your business and we have ordered multiple times since moving to basildon last year and would like to continue doing so.

Ordered from here Friday arrived on time though slightly cold. Fast forward to Sunday, my partner and I ordered for delivery at 9:15, 3 phones calls later and at 22:30 our order FINALLY arrives. Cold waffles, grainy ice cream. Lame excuse of a driver down yet that shouldn't be the customers issue when we called 30 mins previous and was told the order has definitely left. Will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a waffle and a milkshake at about 21:10 and I didn’t receive my order till gone 23(11) o’clock at night. The delivery driver was super rude as well and when I got my order the waffle was stone cold and hard and I wouldn’t waste my money in this again

Gave us the complete wrong order, we ordered 4 items (2 drinks, 2 deserts) and received one smoothie. They then refused to deliver the correct order and left us jumping through hoops for a refund. Bit of a joke when we spent around £20 for it.
