    Worst Landlord in London. Unsafe properties (mouldy, dodgy electrics, poorly installed floors, rats, the list is endless) combined with a rotten landlord that pretends not to be the landlord (psycho!). Worth millions of pounds but employs dodgy labour (lovely people) & pays them £50 for a 10 hour day. Avoid this man at all costs.

    By far the most awful landlords you could find in London. I put in an offer on a property of theirs, on the condition that a series of essential maintenance works would be carried out prior to my moving in. They accepted my offer. When I moved in, I found to my dismay that two thirds of the works had not been carried out! The property was dirty throughout, there were cracks on the wall, there was mould, old furnishings were still in, an obsolete fire alarm system dangling from the wall, the front doorway was still in shambles, the entrance door's glass was still broken, there was a massive pile of rubbish on the frontyard, and I could go on. And what the works that *had* been done were done sloppily, the paint job wasn't clean, and the flooring wasn't uniform. They then denied having agreed to carry out the remaining works (despite it being written down)! I had to get a lawyer involved. When they got a replacement tenant who would pay less rent than me, they had me agree to have the difference in rent deducted from my deposit, or else they wouldn't end the tenancy. This is a soulless company, with no regard for their tenants' welfare. They're only intent on maximising profits and don't care if their properties fall in disrepair. Avoid at all costs.
