Don't believe the shipping dates shown in the shopping cart, they change when you get the confirmation, I was shown 2 weeks, this stretched to 2.5 weeks on confirmation, I ended up waiting 7 weeks! My order number WB126217.

Do not under any circumstance buy goods from this company. We unfortunately did and when they arrived they were faulty despite trying to contact the company on several occasions via email and telephone we have had no response and are now having to go through the legal route to get our money back.

I bought an omega electric meter in Feb 2020 and returned in on 22nd June 2020 because the display not showing. 8 weeks later and I still do not have a replacement or a refund. I have just started a claim in the county court. I sincerely advise you not to deal with Omega Engineering!!
