I want to take this time to properly express just how incredible this experience was. For months I have been after one of Omega’s new Aqua Terra’s. What once seemed out of reach is now beautifully wrapped around my very wrist thanks to the Omega Birmingham team. None of this could have been possible without Natalie’s dedication. She worked tirelessly to chase up on the whereabouts of the watch and frequently kept me in the loop by phone as to when I could expect to see it. I had the pleasure of trying on various different versions of the watch, with different coloured dials. Natalie’s attention to detail and most impressively, her understanding of the watches was second to none. From explaining the 8800 calibre in considerable depth, to asking me about my plans for the weekend, we truly were looked after by a lighthearted and knowledgeable representative of a brand that I have only grown fonder to. Then came the day that I received the all-exciting call from Natalie that the watch was in. I travelled with my girlfriend to the Birmingham boutique and we were greeted by Natalie and the rest of the team. After dodging the rain, we were seated and immediately offered a glass of champagne, or was it three - I’m certain we drank the whole bottle!? Natalie revealed the green dial Aqua Terra - which turned out to be the only one in store - that I had been after and yet again, I was given the opportunity to compare it to other coloured dials. Natalie was very patient, allowing me proper time to make a final, informed decision - Green it was! Natalie then sized the watch to my wrist, took me through some further details regarding warranty and insurance, and said that if we were in Birmingham again, my girlfriend and I are always free to have a catch up over a glass of champagne and have the watch cleaned and polished! Truly outstanding service. I hope in leaving this comment, people can appreciate just how exceptional the team at the Omega Birmingham Boutique is. If only I could write this review with my new Omega Pen, rather than typing it out! But this wasn’t the only goodie I received - I was also gifted an Omega magnifying glass to have a closer look at my new watch! These little touches were reflective of the wonderful experience we had as a whole. A great way to spend a Saturday, a great way to start the weekend. Natalie and the team, thank you so much for making this possible, a birthday present that will last forever. I will be sure to visit you guys after a few weeks - over a glass of champagne I hope! Great service from both Laura the store manager and Mo who dealt with me specifically. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered all questions thoroughly and carefully. Both knew their products inside out and took their time to explain omega watches with passion and enthusiasm. They were not in the least pushy or over zealous and I felt the whole experience in the boutique was a positive one.

I am not known for making comment either good or bad on service received - I would rather silently vote with my feet, not return in the case of bad - return if good. In the case of the Omega Boutique in the Bull Ring and specifically Natalie, I feel that the level of attentive - non obtrusive and knowledgeable ways in which we were dealt with were exemplary. Well mannered, well humoured, unstuffy and professional. The follow ups post-purchase have been first class. I would not hesitate in recommending this Boutique it is a great representation of a classic brand.

What a brilliant service I’ve received from Omega Boutique Bullring, my first contact was Lewis I couldn’t thank him enough. My 2 month old speedmaster was damaged, the glass was completely shattered and was put through repair, I picked it up today after 5 months I’m over the moon with the results. Thankyou so much Lewis and staff, very professional and helpful throughout. I’ll be back to you for my next Omega!
