I went them to fix my bikes engine on/off problem and they removed my alarm which helped me to start bike without key and 1 month after same problem happened and this time I didn’t have my alarm key so i couldn’t start and asked mechanic to come home to fix and paid him more.. I don’t know what they fixed before and i also asked them to do full service for which they said we will check everything and i paid 280£ for all and got this in return… Just poor service and waste of money..

I been twice at Omega Bike just for normal services (oil, belt, tyres, filter oil, mot ecc..) and they was good with prices and timing but four days ago I had an electric problem to my Liberty 125. They spent 2 days to fix it, changing many parts that doesn’t needed to be fixed (just because they didn’t know how to fixed it). I had also to rent the bike from them (38£) to carry on to work. Said that, I don't want to blame the mechanics but the company. The company cannot charge 55 £/hour for the mechanics it has. The company needs to understand that they DO NOT have mechanics worth 55 £/hr. I'd be happy to pay the mechanic even 55 £/h but if he fixes my bike in 3-4 hours NOT in 2 days! The company should train its mechanics better or hire better trained mechanics. Even Ferrari’s mechanics doesn’t cost 55 £/hour! At the end the price was super high, too high for a bike worth 500£. I am really disappointed. So, for normal services Omega Bike is ok, but if you have to do something more than a normal service I would not recommend this company. I want to thank Duda and Yuri who tried to help me as much as possible in this unpleasant situation.
